“ I was taken to this restaurant by a local while on a business trip. I heard it was a chain restaurant serving udon and rice bowls. The restaurant has counter seating, so there were no issues with COVID-19 precautions. You order from the waitress in the dining area rather than from a ticket machine. I was short on time, so I narrowed it down to a menu that I could get quickly and ordered the miso katsu small bowl set. The food was quick, the portion was just right, and the flavor was great. The udon was average, but the miso katsu bowl was delicious, with the miso soaked into the rice underneath. The prices are not expensive, the menu is extensive, and there were two men there having the Chinese set. I think it's a great restaurant. ※I visited again six months later for lunch with a different person from a client. It's still as busy as ever. Even after one customer leaves, another customer comes in. It's constant. Amazing. There is counter seating, but there is also table seating. It seems they've changed the layout a bit. There are several waitresses in the dining area, but they're always busy. This time I ordered the small kakiage bowl set with warm kishimen noodles. It cost 720 yen. The food was served quickly and the taste was great. The udon soup had a strong bonito flavor and I drank it all up. The kakiage bowl and pickles were both delicious. The portions were just right. This is a really great restaurant. I'd like to stop by again if I'm in the area. ”

“ This is a famous local Japanese restaurant in Ama City. They have a wide variety of lunch menu items, including udon, soba, and even Chinese noodles, so it's sure to satisfy people of all ages and genders. The staff at the Aizuma Inaba branch are incredibly friendly, making it a pleasant place to dine. However, there's one drawback: they don't accept smartphone payments or credit cards, so I'll give them a minus point. I hope they can accommodate this. ”

“ I was craving misonikomi (stewed in miso), so I stopped in while passing by. The misonikomi seemed a bit more expensive than at other restaurants. It was a rather light misoniko. It seems like it would suit people who don't like misoniko with a strong, thick miso flavor. It was a little lacking for me, but it was delicious! There were lots of toppings, so it was filling. I'd like to try their other udon noodles as well. ”
